The ideal candidate will be highly organised, have excellent time management skills, and thrive in a supportive, progressive team environment.The Role This Monday-to-Friday role offers you the opportunity to manage a portfolio of around 160 properties with full administrative and leasing team support. Your focus will be on running the portfolio with professionalism and efficiency.Key Responsibilities: Oversee repairs and maintenance Manage arrears Conduct in/outgoing and routine inspections Perform regular rental reviews Build and maintain strong client relationships Liaise with landlords Handle tribunal and dispute resolution processes The Ideal Candidate We’re looking for someone with:1-3 years of Property Management experience Experience with PropertyMe (preferred, but training available) A strong customer service mindset Excellent attention to detail and communication skills The ability to manage tasks efficiently and professionally What our Client Offers Monday-to-Friday schedule – No weekends!
