This is your chance to take ownership of a portfolio, build lasting relationships, and thrive in a dynamic, supportive environment!What You’ll Be Doing Cultivating strong relationships with landlords and tenants Managing arrears with confidence and efficiency Conducting final and routine inspections (as needed) Attending tribunal hearings as required (as needed) Overseeing repairs and maintenance with precision Conducting market research to establish competitive rental rates Collaborating with our Leasing Partners and Assistant Property Managers to deliver exceptional service ARE YOU OC’S NEXT PROPERTY MANAGER? We’re looking for someone proactive, professional, and ready to hit the ground running!
