An opportunity has opened for an experienced Property Manager to join a leading agency with a well-established team and a strong reputation in the industry. This role offers excellent support, competitive earning potential, and the chance to be part of a high-performing team.The Role: Manage a portfolio of 250 properties Provide high-level service to landlords and tenants Oversee and manage a Virtual Assistant (VA) handling all administrative tasks Supervise an Assistant Property Manager (APM) responsible for routine and ingoing inspections Personally manage outgoings, bond releases, and NCAT matters Occasionally assist the team on Saturdays if required What We’re Looking For: Minimum five years of Property Management experience Certificate of Registration (COR) Strong leadership and problem-solving skills A reliable car and a valid driver’s license This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to step into a well-structured, high-performing team with plenty of support and room for growth.
