The Role: Managing a portfolio of circa 140 properties Support with out of office duties Entry & exit condition reports Liaising with tenants, landlords, and tradespeople Maintenance and repairs Preparing for and attending QCAT as required Ensuring compliance is up to date The Requirements: 2-3 years experience in Property Management The ability to work from home and autonomously without supervision Trustworthy and reliable Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration Drivers license Strong communication skills with the ability to build mutually beneficial relationships The successful candidate will build an outstanding career within this company.
