Job Description The Role Are you looking for a dynamic role? Pacific Energy is growing, and we require a strategic, forward planning Bid and Proposals Manager to lead and develop a team of high performing Estimators. You will play an integral part to the success of producing profitable commercial proposals and tender submissions. This is a permanent full-time Monday-Friday role with an opportunity of a 9-day fortnight. Desired Skills and Experience Key Responsibilities: Oversee our end-to-end Bid Management strategies & processes. Create Commercial proposals that include Hydrogen and storage solutions. Manage the tendering process and produce appropriate schedules to ensure resources are sufficient and efficiently utilised. Manage Post Implementation Reviews (PIR) for each project to identify cost and process improvement opportunities. Present financial modelling business cases to Senior Management for review and approval. Evaluate pricing decisions for validity and relevancy. Attend tender, EOI and BAFO briefings as required. QA/QC business bid progress, reporting of issues for resolution. About You: Bachelor’s degree in business administration is preferred or related field. Experience in Commercial Contracts role in the Energy industry is preferred. Led and developed a cohesive and high performing team. Knowledge of renewable and construction contracts is advantageous. Ability to demonstrate and execute strategic thinking.
