Key Responsibilities Conducting comprehensive psychological assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans. Providing evidence-based psychological interventions, including individual and group therapy. Collaborating closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care. Maintaining detailed and accurate client records in accordance with professional standards. Actively participating in professional development activities to stay up-to-date with industry best practices. Contributing to the continuous improvement of psychological service delivery within the organisation. What We're Looking For Provisional or General registration as a Psychologist with the Australian Health. Fluency in Mandarin/Cantonese, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients from diverse backgrounds. Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills, with experience in a range of therapeutic modalities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
