As a Manager, you will advise and assist key business stakeholders within Macquarie’s superannuation business and the broader Macquarie Group to meet prudential requirements and enhance the risk management framework across products and businesses. Your work will be across many aspects of Macquarie’s risk management framework such as policies, risk systems and incident reporting, providing you with an opportunity to build a strong network with risk professionals within the Risk Management Group and across Macquarie’s business and support groups. This is a dynamic and high visibility role operating within a flat structure. Your ability to make decisions, foster strong stakeholder relationships, and provide technical expertise within superannuation and related wealth areas will prove critical to success. What you offer A good understanding of wealth and superannuation products Superior written and verbal communications skills Knowledge of the regulatory and compliance environment in which wealth and superannuation products operate and a track record in implementing and maintaining the relevant regulatory frameworks are essential.
