Psychiatric Nurse (RN) – Detox Unit We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Nurses (RNs) to join our client’s newly established Detox Unit. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing specialized care to individuals experiencing withdrawal and co-occurring mental health conditions. Key Responsibilities: Assess and manage withdrawal symptoms, ensuring patient safety and comfort. Administer medications and closely monitor patient responses to treatment. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Educate patients and families on mental health, substance use disorders, and recovery strategies. Utilize clinical judgment and crisis management skills to respond effectively to patient needs. Qualifications & Skills: Active RN license (BSN preferred). Experience in psychiatric nursing, behavioral health, or detox settings. Strong clinical assessment, de-escalation, and crisis intervention skills.
