Help us build and grow a team of Occupational Rehab Consultants. About the Role… We are seeking a Psychological Services Manager to undertake a leadership role within our caring and welcoming organisation. This dynamic position will involve leading and mentoring a small team providing occupational rehabilitation services. In addition to this, you will play an integral role in driving the expansion of our corporate and organisational psychological services, alongside the development and delivery of various mental health initiatives and training. There is the opportunity for development, and we are keen to bespoke the role for the right candidate depending on your interests and experience. You will have support from the Managing Director, Head of Client Relations, and multidisciplinary team, who have a focus on: Service You will be responsible for maintaining the company’s sterling reputation for high-quality service delivery with discipline-specific assessments, consultancy services, injury prevention initiatives, and case management. These learnings will allow you to develop in your role as a Psychological Services Manager while building a solid foundation for further development. People You will be empowered to make your own decisions on direction and have autonomy to influence the team. The position would also be the escalation point for complex cases, as well as supporting the State Managers in ensuring outstanding delivery standards for our clients. You have 5 years of experience within the occupational rehabilitation industry, leading a team or a strong desire to develop this. Strong client focus and ability to build relationships with a range of people. Passionate about performance and delivery for existing clients. A natural ability and enjoyment in building relationships with your customers. A skilled Registered Psychologist with an AHPRA professional membership, capable of providing supervision for registration. Able to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
