Psychologist – Meaningful Work, Professional Growth & Supportive Team Are you a dedicated psychologist looking for a professionally rewarding role in a structured and supportive team environment ? At Thriving Minds Psychology Clinic , we are seeking passionate Registered Psychologists to join our team on the Sunshine Coast . About the Role We are looking for a Registered Psychologist to work a minimum of two days per week , with the option of up to full-time. Our clinic provides both therapy and assessments , allowing you the flexibility to choose your focus or combine both in your caseload. We are particularly interested in psychologists who enjoy working with adults and or children and are open to working either morning (8:00 AM starts) or afternoon/evening shifts (1:30 PM starts) . However, we understand that individual circumstances vary and are open to discussing alternative scheduling options. Why Join Thriving Minds? Assessment or Therapy – Your Choice – If you enjoy assessments, we provide full training and access to an extensive testing library (ADOS, ADI-R, WISC, WAIS, WIAT, Connors, Browns, Vinelands, and more). If you prefer therapy, you’ll have opportunities to provide individual therapy across a range of presentations. Strong Clinical Support – Benefit from ongoing mentorship and supervision from our Director, Melissa Johnson , who has international training in autism and ADHD assessments (UK, US, and Australia) . Established Practice with Admin Support – Our experienced admin team handles referrals, bookings, and billing , so you can focus on your clinical work. Interest in working with adults and / or children across a variety of presentations. Open to working either morning (8:00 AM start) or afternoon/evening shifts (1:30 PM start) to support client access. Experience or interest in assessments (optional) – full training provided. Commitment to high-quality, evidence-based care in a professional and client-centered manner.
