The Role This role will report to the Purchasing Manager and will be supporting the Midvale Stores management including Purchasing, receipt, storage and dispatch of drilling and mechanical equipment and national freight. Duties Assisting to maintain store facility and stock levels. Assisting to purchasing of drilling spares, consumables and equipment for the field, Mechanical and Engineering departments. Follow up back orders. Liaise with Accounts department, Operations, Workshop Supervisors and Engineering Supervisor. Ensure that the Company’s Integrated Management System policies, procedures and current best practices are followed. Other duties as directed by the Purchasing Manager or the Purchasing Officer. Assisting with Stock take entry. Assisting with the Purchasing Inbox maintenance. About you Ability to work under pressure. Be compatible with other people in small team environment. Safety conscious. Able to pass PEM and Drug Screen as well as routine health monitoring as required.
