As a Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our dedicated team by providing technical production support to business users of the data platform. You will engineer changes and enhancements to our data feeds, making improvements to platform functions and capabilities. Additionally, you will automate processes to improve operating scalability and customer experience. Your responsibilities will also include documenting technical platform and data feed knowledge to ensure comprehensive understanding and smooth operations. What you offer SQL and Python skills - with a passion to learn more about Big Data and Cloud technology Dynamic problem-solving skills and high proficiency with data A strong attention to detail - both technical and non-technical Strong collaboration, verbal and written communication, and analytical skills Ability to wear multiple hats – prioritise and manage different ongoing tasks effectively, whilst managing your stakeholders Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Suite – nice to have Experience in customer service or delivering for clients - nice to have About Technology Technology enables every aspect of Macquarie, for our people, our customers and our communities.
