Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that all regulatory and quality requirements are met for our operations in Australia, New Zealand, and Greater China. The main responsibilities will include: Support product commercialisation in the Greater China region by contributing to all aspects of the NPD and product registration process Review marketing materials and product claims to ensure compliance with regulations in relevant markets Maintain regulatory documentation, including technical files, certificates, and compliance records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility Prepare export documentation and supporting evidence for customsclearance to facilitate seamless international trade Collaborate with the QA department to address product-related customer complaints and support quality process improvements Perform other assigned duties asrequired to meet company objectives This is a full time in office role based in Warriewood on Sydney's northern beaches. Desired Skills and Experience About you Qualification, or equivalent experience in Science, Pharmacy or a related field Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks in Australia and China (TGA, FSANZ, GACC, CBEC) and a willingness to learn Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships Proficiency in Mandarin (essential for Greater China market interactions) #J-18808-Ljbffr
