Milestone IT is seeking a talented QA Test Lead to join a dynamic team on a contract basis. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and reliability of our client's critical applications. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts Perform system integration testing and end-to-end testing Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects Work effectively in a hybrid project environment, combining agile and waterfall methodologies Required Skills and Experience: Strong experience in end-to-end test planning and execution Proven track record in test automation Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies Experience working in both agile and waterfall environments Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Strong technical background and ability to learn new technologies quickly What We Offer: Competitive market rate Opportunity to work on challenging and rewarding projects A supportive and collaborative team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
