Job Description
Use your skill and experience to make a difference Inclusive and diverse work culture Work in a growing business that invests in its people, customers and culture Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QAQC) systems within the laboratory. Ensure compliance with NATA and ISO 17025 standards and regulatory requirements. Lead internal and external audits , including NATA assessments. Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) . Train and support laboratory staff in QAQC procedures and best practices. Investigate and resolve non-conformances , implementing corrective actions. Collaborate with laboratory teams to drive continuous improvement and maintain excellence in analytical testing. About You: Strong experience in quality management within an environmental laboratory . In-depth knowledge of NATA accreditation and ISO 17025 compliance . Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and leadership abilities. Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external regulatory bodies.
