The Future Generation Joint Venture brings together the combined engineering experience and expertise of WeBuild, Clough and Lane and has been selected to design and construct Snowy 2.0 . This project is based within the Snowy Mountains in NSW and will deliver one of the largest pumped hydro schemes in the world. Snowy 2.0 is the next chapter in the Snowy Scheme's history. It is the largest committed renewable energy project in Australia and will provide on-demand energy and large-scale storage for many generations to come. Purpose of the Role: Plan and conduct internal, supplier and subcontractor QHSE audits in alignment with the requirements of the Future Generation JV QHSE Audit Program and Quality Audit Procedure. Qualifications: Certified Lead Auditor for AS/NZS ISO 9001:2015 standard Project management/engineering/QHSE qualifications highly regarded. Construction White Card Experience: Minimum 10 years’ experience in Quality/Health/Safety/Environment Management related roles on large scale construction projects Minimum 5 years’ experience in Quality/Health/Safety/Environmental Management System Auditing, and Tier 1 and Tier 2 Supplier/Subcontractor auditing. Can demonstrate knowledge of the requirements set out in relevant AS/NZS and International standards relating to Quality Management Systems and the conduct of quality audits (e.g., ISO 9001, 19011, 10013, 31000, 27001, 45001, & 14001) Management of complex audit processes Understanding and experience in the use of proprietary software systems used in audits and assurance activities Mid-level Microsoft Office (MS) skills, particularly MS Word and Excel for audit planning and execution Proficient in compiling audit checklists relating to audit scope elements Good oral and written skills when communicating audit information, results, and impact of work to stakeholders Can interpret information from multiple sources and consolidate information into written reports Adept at presenting audit outcomes to senior management Excellent time management and organisational skills Proven ability to audit large scale construction project processes Good interpersonal skills and adept at working in multicultural teams. Core Accountabilities and Responsibilities: Execute planned audits in alignment with the QHSE Audit Program and Quality Audit Procedure. Provide QHSE function with timely and comprehensive quality audit data for QHSE reporting purposes. Guide and support FGJV employees and client QHSE function on QHSE audit related matters.
