QUALIFIED DIPLOMA/ECT POSITION AVAILABLE Diploma Qualified Educator / Early Childhood Teacher – Full-Time Position Available Are you passionate about shaping children's futures and dedicated to their growth and development? We are currently seeking a Diploma Qualified Educator or a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education Teacher to join our vibrant team. What We Offer: Ongoing support and professional development Work with an enthusiastic and dedicated team A chance to make a real difference in children's lives Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and evaluate engaging learning programs that foster exploration and development Monitor and support children’s progress using observations and pedagogical knowledge Collaborate with a team to ensure exceptional programming and documentation Communicate effectively with children, families, and staff Guide and inspire a team of educators to implement quality learning experiences Apply the EYLF and NQF frameworks into daily practice Requirements: Recognised Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent (ACECQA approved) Working with Children Check First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Certificates Passion for early childhood education and commitment to professional growth Montessori experience not required (training provided) For Early Childhood Teachers: Exceptional communication and documentation skills are vital with an enthusiastic, positive and friendly approach Outstanding ability to guide their team and implement exceptional programming, observations and daily journal. Great knowledge of the Early Years Learning and National Quality Framework. Have a thorough understanding and knowledge of the EYLF and NQF and how to implement this into practice and program.
