To be eligible to apply to our 2025/26 cohort, you must – Be in your final year of study or have completed an undergraduate degree or postgraduate study with a Major in Human Resources or similar in the last 2 years Maintained a credit average or above Be able to commence full time employment with Qantas in August 2025 or February 2026 Be a Permanent Resident or Australian/NZ citizen at application Please note: You are only eligible to apply for one stream.
