Qualitative Strategy & Research Director Be among the first 25 applicants Base Pay Range A$150,000.00/yr - A$180,000.00/yr Role Overview With a seat at the leadership table, you’ll be the face of the qualitative insights division – acting as a hands-on practitioner who loves getting stuck into everything from start to finish. The work is completely customised across Brand Strategy, Visual Identity, New Product Development, Behavioural Change, Shopper Experience, Concept Testing, cultural insights, Innovation, and Strategy. You love variety and get a kick out of finding the "ah-ha" moments. Key Responsibilities Lead a constant stream of ad-hoc projects Forge strong relationships with existing and new clients Write winning proposals Unpack client problems and design methodologies Facilitate qual groups, workshops, ethnography, IDI's, shopalongs Synthesise, analyse and contextualise data Win new business and spot opportunities Deliver impactful, creative and visual insights Storytelling, workshopping & presenting to clients Mentor a happy, high-performing team of junior qualitative researchers Contribute to thought leadership and the growth of the qualitative division within the multidisciplinary offering Who Are You?
