The Opportunity Reporting into the Quality Manager, the QA/QC Administrator is responsible for ensuring the consistent implementation and maintenance of the project Quality Assurance and Quality Control policies and procedures. This role involves meticulous documentation and record-keeping, day-to-day upkeep of the Hexagon CCMS system and the coordination and administration of inspections and testing activities, managing non-conformances, and supporting both internal and external audits. As part of the Quality and Completions team the QA/QC Administrator collaborates with project stakeholders to uphold quality standards, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures compliance with company and client specification. Key responsibilities include Manage the day-to-day input into the Hexagon CCMS system. Manage ITPs and ITR for the project and update Hexagon and the project files with these new deliverables. Provide status and look-ahead reports to the quality and construction teams. Work with other project administrative personnel and engineers to deliver progress updates. Ensure that all QA/QC documentation and records are accurately maintained and easily accessible, including test results, inspection reports, and compliance records. Track and update any non-conformances ensuring close out document is collated and saved to file and report on any outstanding actions. Requirements to be successful Degree or Certificate in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Project Management, or Office Administration (desirable). Recognition as an inspector through an organisation such as CSWIP 3.1 or 3.2, AWS or WTIA (desirable). Demonstrable experience in the use and management of Hexagon CCMS. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a QA/QC Administration role, preferably in a Tier 1 Construction environment (desirable). Knowledge and expertise of Quality practices, standards, systems, and processes relevant to the operations of construction teams.
