Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality and Compliance Manager to oversee and ensure the quality and compliance of our organization's products, services, and operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality and compliance policies, procedures, and programs to ensure that our organization meets all regulatory requirements and industry standards. Responsibilities Develop and implement quality and compliance policies, procedures, and programs to ensure that our organization meets all regulatory requirements and industry standards. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality and compliance programs and make recommendations for improvement. Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on quality and compliance policies and procedures. Investigate and resolve quality and compliance issues and complaints. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that quality and compliance requirements are integrated into all aspects of our organization's operations. Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry standards and make recommendations for changes to policies and procedures as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business or science. Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality and compliance management. Disability and NDIS experience preferred. Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data and information. #J-18808-Ljbffr
