We are seeking a person who has strong self-motivation, has the ability to work both independently and within a team environment. Someone who has excellent attention to detail, the ability to think creatively, and has strong organisational and prioritisation skills. Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate and build relationships with our stakeholders – law firms and medical experts. This role is integral to maintaining the high standards of Assessment Hub and ensuring customer satisfaction through the delivery of quality medico-legal reports. This role can be full-time or minimum 3 days per week & hybrid. The Quality Assurance Consultant ensures the accuracy and quality of medico-legal reports produced by our medical experts for legal customers. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Reviewing reports to ensure they meet customer, legislative, and internal standards. Identifying issues in reports and collaborating with experts and customers to resolve them. Providing feedback and training to experts to improve report quality. Handling customer issues and supporting administrative tasks. The role requires the ability to prioritise tasks and manage workflows efficiently. Supporting the General Manager, Operations Manager and Principal Legal Advisor. Providing administrative support as required to the wider Assessment Hub team. Working collaboratively with team members to ensure prioritisation of workflow. Qualifications and Skills Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders. Problem-solving skills with a focus on providing timely and effective solutions. Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. High level of written and verbal communication skills. Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint). Experience in coordinating and delivering a range of high quality, customer-focused business administration support.
