Your Impact: As a Quality Engineer at Goodstart Early Learning, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality technology solutions. Your contributions will: Drive Quality Assurance Excellence – Develop and implement test strategies that enhance the reliability and performance of SaaS products, integrations, and new implementations Lead Test Automation & Innovation – Utilize AI-driven tools and automation frameworks to streamline testing and accelerate delivery cycles Enhance Collaboration & Efficiency – Work closely with development, product, and operations teams to embed quality practices early in the software development lifecycle Ensure Seamless Software Releases – Responsible for test planning, execution, and defect management to minimize risks and improve production stability Champion Continuous Improvement – Analyze test results, identify gaps, introduce best practices, and mentor teams to uplift QA capabilities across the organization.
