Quality Assurance Inspector - Metricon Homes Qld. To further strengthen our business, the Construction team is seeking an additional Quality Assurance Inspector to complete checks on our new home builds in Brisbane's Western Corridor area. Reporting to the Building Support Manager, your responsibilities will include: Complete Quality Assurance Checks as per standard procedures and processes; Complete Quality Assurance Checks within specified timeframes; Working with management to ensure appropriate systems, processes and procedures are researched, developed and implemented to address and improve quality issues that directly contribute to the Business Unit’s bottom line performance; Ensuring that appropriate customer service strategies are maintained to deliver exemplary customer service; Promote and observe Company Occupational Health and Safety policies and procedures; Ensure that our customers are treated with respect and their queries/concerns are addressed with a sense of urgency. The successful candidate will have: Broad knowledge and substantial experience in the residential building/construction industry; A trades qualification - licensed carpenters are highly desirable; Thorough exposure to process improvement along with solid practical experience in working with quality programs; Formal and structured problem solving abilities.
