We’re looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager for this new role based at our Primesafe-licenced Braeside factory- it is here we make Raw. You will lead quality at the factory as well as manage the quality relationships with our co-manufacturers. Key responsibilities include; Lead food quality and safety to maintain our Primesafe and HACCP certifications Maintain and enhance our Quality Assurance System including pre-requisite programs, GMP, calibration, verification and customer feedback Managing the testing of product for safety and nutrition Collaborate with production staff, food technologist, nutritionist, Vet and external suppliers on new products and process improvements. Attributes that will aid success in the role Experience in a quality management role in meat, seafood, food or pet food. Experience leading quality management systems and audits with Primesafe & HACCP Education in Food Science, Animal Nutrition, Microbiology, Chemistry or similar #J-18808-Ljbffr
