In this crucial role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are upheld within our Cardiology department. Your primary responsibilities will include: developing, implementing and maintaining quality assurance programs and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices conducting audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and mitigate potential risks collaborating with healthcare professionals, staff, and stakeholders to promote a culture of continuous quality improvement analysing data and providing insights to drive informed decision-making and enhance patient outcomes preparing comprehensive reports and presenting findings to management and relevant committees To be eligible for this position, you must hold a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Applied Science (Medical Laboratory Science) or equivalent.
