About The Role In this analytical and solution-focused role, you will: Provide expertise to identify and meet regulatory, contractual and internal compliance requirements. Monitor and report on organisational performance to drive continuous improvement. Ensure the accuracy and compliance of records for claim submissions. Participate in internal and external audits and compliance reviews. Support operational teams with best practices, process improvements and quality assurance. What You’ll Do Work collaboratively with teams to ensure processes and documentation align with best practices. Identify and communicate regulatory or compliance changes. Process claims for payment. Prepare reports and statistics to support leadership decision-making. Assist with audits and compliance activities. Champion Mai-Wel’s values and commitment to quality and safeguarding. Essential Skills & Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in government funded programs (e.g. DES, TtW, NDIS, Parent Pathways), data analysis, compliance, quality, or internal auditing. Certificate IV (or higher) in Business, Quality Auditing, IT, Finance, HR, or a related field. Training in audits, complaints handling, or facilitating training is a plus. Strong knowledge of relevant guidelines and standards such as NDIS Practice Standards, ISO 9001:2015, or National Standards for Disability Services. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple workflows with precision and agility. Desirable Skills: Experience in compliance processes for programs like DES, TtW, Parent Pathways, or NSDEP. Familiarity with systems such as Power BI, SharePoint, or government platforms like Workforce Australia. Background in the Human Services sector. Why Join Mai-Wel?
