The Role We’re looking for a passionate Quality Test Engineer to perform quality engineering activities and focus on the delivery of valuable outcomes and ensures alignment to client and customer needs. Key Responsibilities: 5+ years of experience with Maximo product testing experience Test planning skills, using standard processes and frameworks Leading small teams for testing service delivery from inception to closure Strong technical skills in one or more of CI/CD, SQL, middleware, AWS, GCP and/or messaging systems Testing leadership of smaller pieces of work Creation of test documentation including test plans and test summary reports Scoping of test effort and estimation Identification, capture, management and escalation of risks and issues Managing change in delivery, following established processes Contribution to knowledge sharing, continuous improvement and innovation Mentoring of less senior personnel Reporting on all aspects of delivery Deep understanding of TOSCA and open-source automation tools Required Capabilities and Experience: >2 years’ experience as a Senior Test Analyst Experience in leading testing delivery for small-medium pieces of work Experience working as part of larger project teams >5 years’ experience building and maintaining automation Experienced in using one or more of: CI/CD tools; SQL Deliverables Test plan/s Test summary report/s Test reporting Shaping / estimation of work Automation tests (scripted and executed) Manual tests (scripted and executed) Exploratory tests (captured and reported upon) Contribution to uplift of testing processes and frameworks Date of posting : 07/02/2025 #J-18808-Ljbffr
