Overview: Part-time (0.6 FTE), Fixed Term position until 03/03/2026 Salary HEW 7 + 17% Superannuation and Flexible Working Arrangements Based at the Melbourne CBD campus, but may be required to work and/or be based at other campuses of the University About The Position The Quality Enhancement Coordinator works closely with the Senior Manager, Quality Enhancement, to manage various tasks that support the College’s program and course quality initiatives. This role is responsible for offering expert guidance on quality and compliance across all College disciplines. The coordinator informs and facilitates program of study reviews, analyses student feedback data and quality metrics, providing recommendations that support continuous improvement of programs and the student learning experience. Additionally, the position leads the conduct of both internal and external audits, preparing reports for College and University governance bodies. To be successful in this position, you’ll have: Demonstrated experience in a senior administrative role with the ability to work proactively and autonomously. Knowledge of tertiary regulatory and quality frameworks, audit, risk identification and management, and external compliance requirements, including AQF, ASQA, HESG, VRQA, VCAA, ESOS, and TEQSA. Highly developed organisational and planning skills, with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks. Demonstrated experience in building collaborative relationships with stakeholders. Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrated ability to forge collaborative relationships across organisational boundaries and to connect and work with diverse teaching and academic staff to maintain positive, productive relationships that influence improvements in learning and teaching quality. Demonstrated outstanding problem solving and critical thinking ability and flexibility to adapt work practices and models according to need.
