About the role As a key member of the Management Team, the Quality Manager (Student Data) role has been created to drive excellence in the management operations of enrolments and student data across our system of schools. This role is responsible for growing high standards of quality, implementing robust improvement systems, and enhancing operational procedures. Reporting to the Head of Brand, the Quality Manager (Student Data) will lead admissions development initiatives to build a culture of growth and continuous improvement, ensuring that the enrolment pipeline delivers an excellent customer experience for young people and their families. Key Outcomes Design, develop, and execute quality assurance and continuous improvement frameworks across the enrolment pipeline and all enrolment experiences. Contribute to organisation wide quality improvement cycles to ensure rigorous quality KPI’s are met. Evaluate pipeline success, track progress, and drive informed decision-making that enhances customer experience. Understand student data requirements, ensuring enrolment documentation and students records are accurate. Assist with identifying and developing process efficiencies and improved customer experiences. Oversee record-keeping and documentation quality and compliance activities, ensuring transparency and accountability. Identify and rectify discrepancies in enrolment data and documentation and report findings to the Head of Brand and relevant Senior Leader/s. Assist the Head of Brand to develop and implement quality-control strategies. Design and implement training programs and resources on best practice, quality assurance, and compliance to build organisational expertise in lead generation, pipeline management and customer service. Conduct internal audits of enrolment records and School pipelines to identify non-compliance issues. Assist the Head of Brand to develop corrective action plans and establish accountability for resolving quality-based issues. Stay informed about industry best practices and regulatory changes affecting enrolments data. Understand stakeholder needs, address and resolve enrolment documentation issues, eg Visas and Court Orders. Facilitate meetings with the Campus Leadership Team and Enrolments Officer and report on all metrics through a data-driven approach. About You To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate the following knowledge and skills: A qualification in Business or related discipline, a minimum at certificate level but ideally Diploma or Bachelor. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a relevant role. Demonstrated systems, enrolments or auditing experience. Demonstrated excellence in building organisational and staff capacity to achieve outcomes. Experience in quality assurance and improvement, compliance management, and/or enrolments. Ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders. Excellent interpersonal skills, a collaborative approach, and the ability to communicate clearly and openly. Ability to demonstrate The Industry School values. Working with Children Check (Blue Card). Valid driver licence and right to work in Australia. Experience using The Alpha School System (TASS), Digistorm and/or other CRM systems.
