The Quality Officer Clinical Review is responsible for improving the overall quality and completeness of the medical record. Takes an extended leadership role in the coordination of nursing and health care within and across different care contexts to facilitate optimal health outcomes. Practices independently and interdependently with an extended scope of practice, autonomy and decision making, assuming accountability and responsibility for their own actions and delegation of care to registered nurses, enrolled nurses and health care workers. We welcome applications from people who have clinical experience in healthcare settings, ideally with a background in patient clinical of between 3-5 years. An interest/experience in patient safety or quality improvement, with an understanding of HAC's such as infection, VTE, delirium, falls and pressure injury would be advantageous.
