Quality, Safety and Risk Management Lead (MultiD) Gladstone The Quality, Safety and Risk Unit are seeking an experienced, high-level Administration Officer or Clinical Nurse Consultant to join their team permanently! The main objective of this role is to offer expert advice and support to the Gladstone and Banana Business Unit regarding quality and safety, as well as quality improvement. This includes adherence to the Central Queensland Health Service's strategic priorities and various national standards, such as the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards, Aged Care, and Disability Standards. The position also involves collaboration with the Quality, Safety and Risk Unit at Central Queensland Health to ensure a consistent approach. About the role: The primary purpose of the position is to provide specialist advice and support to the Gladstone and Banana Unit on all aspects of quality and safety, quality improvement including Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service (CQHHS) Quality, Safety and Risk strategic priorities and The National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards (NSQHS), Aged Care Standards, Disability Standards and other key standards while collaborating to ensure a standardised approach with Quality, Safety and Risk (QSR) Unit CQHHS. About you: This position can be held by an Administration Officer (no qualification required) or a Registered Nurse with a bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent. While not mandatory, it is highly desirable to have a post graduate qualification relevant to the position and/or previous experience.
