Job Description Implementation and monitoring of quality control procedures and standards in a laboratory environment. Oversee the inspection of incoming and outgoing materials for quality. Facilitate regular training to increase quality awareness among staff. Handle customer complaints regarding quality and implement corrective actions. Conduct regular audits to evaluate the effectiveness of quality control systems. Prepare quality reports for the management team. Stay updated with the latest quality control techniques in the FMCG industry. The Successful Applicant A successful Quality Supervisor should have: An educational background in Science e.g. (Chemistry, Food Science) or a related field. 5 years experience in a similar role in the FMCG industry. Strong knowledge of quality control systems and methodologies. Excellent management and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure. Keen attention to detail and a hands-on approach. What's on Offer A salary in the range of AUD 90,000 to AUD 100,000 + super.
