About You To be successful in this role you will need: Demonstrated ability to build and sustain collaboration with In Home Care education and care service providers and leaders to support practice improvement. Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary best-practice children's education and care pedagogy and programs, such as knowledge of the NQF, the Disability Discrimination Act 1992, Approved Learning Frameworks and contemporary sector resources. Highly developed oral and written communication skills, including demonstrated ability to facilitate training activities and develop learning resources for a diverse range of learners. Demonstrated experience using the Microsoft 365 Suite to develop and deliver professional and engaging learning resources and training presentations, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams. A tertiary qualification in education, adult learning, special education or a related field of study or equivalent experience in a similar role. A tertiary qualification in early childhood education or a related field of study; or comparable professional experience. This role is fixed term to 9 January 2026 at ACECQA Band 5 ($96,766 - $117,912) with possible opportunity for extension. In your response, please include your role in the process, how you identified the need for change or improvement, the steps you took, and the outcome. You have been asked to develop and deliver a 30-minute presentation on documenting children's learning. Using bullet points, please outline the approach you would take to develop the presentation and provide 3 to 5 key concepts you would cover.
