This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in maintaining and improving our quality management systems. About the Role: This dynamic role demands a proactive and results-oriented individual with a strong focus on continuous improvement. You will work closely with various teams across the business, supporting the implementation and maintenance of our Integrated Information Business Management System (BMS), with a focus on quality. What You Will Do: Support BMS Implementation: Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the BMS across projects and business units. Conduct Audits: Perform internal audits to assess compliance with the BMS and identify areas for improvement. Document Control: Manage and maintain quality-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. Data Analysis: Analyse quality data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency. Training & Support: Provide training and support to employees on quality management principles and procedures. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address quality-related issues and drive continuous improvement. Compliance Monitoring: Monitor compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and customer requirements. Reporting: Prepare and present reports on quality performance and improvement initiatives. What You Will Bring: Diploma in Quality Management or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably within the construction or related industry. Strong understanding of quality management principles and standards (e.g., ISO 9001). Experience in conducting internal audits and identifying non-conformances. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Demonstrated experience working on-site or closely with field operations, enabling a practical understanding of construction processes and challenges. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. What Will Set You Apart: Experience in implementing and maintaining integrated management systems.
