The Opportunity Due to continued success and a growing client base, our client is seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors / Cost Managers with a minimum of 3 to 5+ years of relevant experience to join their Adelaide CBD-based team. This role offers flexible working arrangements and clear pathways for career advancement as the firm continues to expand. Key Responsibilities Providing expert cost management services for a diverse range of construction and property projects. Preparing cost plans, bills of quantities, and cost estimates using CostX . Managing procurement strategies, tender reviews, and contract administration. Delivering accurate cost reporting and risk analysis to ensure project success. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve client objectives. What You’ll Need to Succeed A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management , or a related field. Proficiency in CostX is essential. A minimum of 3 to 5+ years of experience, ideally within the construction or property sectors. Australian experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to thrive in a collaborative environment. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and other key quantity surveying software. A proactive and positive attitude with a passion for continuous learning.
