Quarry Manager | Brandy Hill Quarry Manager | Brandy Hill We are currently recruiting for an experienced operations candidate to lead the quarry team as a Quarry Manager based at our Brandy Hill Quarry , located just north of Raymond Terrace in the NSW Central Coast Region. Reporting to the Regional Supply Chain Manager, this role is a multi-faceted role leading the quarry operations and overseeing the daily management, production, health & safety, operational development, and financial activities. In your new role, you will be: Leading and managing people while bringing your team along the journey to successfully achieve goals. Making business decisions that impact the overall performance of the business, including achieving agreed targets / KPIs, financial planning, business development, and managing costs within budget. Managing the daily operations where you are responsible for quarry development, environmental management, and preventative maintenance schedules. Focused on continuing our approach to environmental improvement and maintaining our reputation within the industry as a responsible and industry leader. Bringing a strong safety mindset and managing high risk activities to reduce risk exposure for self and others. This role is a great fit for you, if you: Hold a Tier 1 Quarry Manager Practicing Certificate (essential). Have an ability to support continuous improvement across quarry operations to establish good performance through insight and innovative planning. Demonstrate a strong leadership mentality with a demonstrated track record in delivering transformational change within a dynamic business organisation. Have the capability to deliver exceptional negotiation and influencing skills when interacting with varying levels of internal and external stakeholders. Have a safety mindset with a total commitment to risk management and Zero Harm. Are a team player who can multi-task and make quick effective decisions under pressure. Have a positive presence in building strong and effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Have a high level of resilience and adaptability to changing situations.
