A leading top 10 accounting and advisory firm is seeking a skilled R&D Tax Director to join their successful and expanding team. With a proven track record of delivering exceptional results, this is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in growing the firm's R&D Tax practice in Australia. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of R&D tax clients, including large multinational corporations and innovative Australian start-ups. Drive the growth of the R&D tax team, identifying opportunities to expand the client base and enhance service offerings. Collaborate with internal teams across the firm to deliver integrated solutions to clients. Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Requirements: 10+ years of relevant experience. The ability to lead and grow a team. A passion for building/creating great office culture. Excellent communication and written skills are critical.
