The role We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Office & Property Manager to join our friendly team at Creek to Coast Real Estate in Maryborough, Queensland. As a full-time member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential property management division and managing our office administration. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Principal with paperwork & admin & help to build our rent roll. Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties, including conducting property inspections, liaising with tenants, and coordinating maintenance and repairs. Oversee the administration of the property management department, including processing rental payments, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. Provide exceptional customer service to both tenants and property owners, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner. Assist with the marketing and leasing of available rental properties, including conducting viewings and preparing tenancy agreements. Contribute to the overall success of the real estate office by supporting the team and participating in office meetings and events. What we're looking for: Proven experience in a similar real estate office and property management role, ideally within the residential sector. Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and tenants. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Proficiency in using real estate software and databases, as well as Microsoft Office applications. A passion for the real estate industry and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients. A current real estate license or registration, as required by the relevant state or territory authorities.
