We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Manager to become part of our team. Key Responsibilities: Liaising with vendors and handling vendor communication Admin & compliance tasks to ensure smooth operations Managing social media accounts, including Instagram and Facebook Attending properties and coordinating property styling Organising pre-settlement inspections, pest, and building inspections Attending photoshoots and marketing appointments Preparing Auction and Open Home packs Assisting with campaign management and client relationship management Arranging client gifts to maintain strong relationships Managing the Junior Administrator/Receptionist Experience and Qualifications: Prior admin experience in a similar role is essential COR qualification required Familiarity with Agent Box and Campaign Track systems is highly desirable Why Join Us?
