SC6 A commitment to professional learning and growth for both self and others. Role This job is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. An education support class position at this range will perform tasks in accordance with guidelines and school policy under supervision and direction. This may include coordination of other education support class staff. Responsibilities Provide routine clerical or administrative support, including general telephone, front office inquiries, mail deliveries, and assisting with stock control. Maintain, enter, and retrieve data from the school's IT systems. Maintain and update office records, enrolment data, and basic written records. Support or coordinate the preparation of standard routine internal and external communication. Coordinate the delivery of administrative services within the school. Manage client reception and office operations. Liaise with school staff regarding support requirements. Coordinate staff timetabling. Support first aid facilities and assist in delivering first aid to students.
