Location: Williamstown Commons | 0520125 Adams RoadWilliamstown, MA 01267, USA Position: Resident Care Assistant Compensation: $16.00/hour to start, increasing to $18.00/hour once certified as a CNA. Certified CNAs can earn between $18.00 - $22.09. Our focus is on maximizing patient recovery, comfort, and independence. Essential Job Functions: Assist residents in dressing and personal hygiene. Assist CNAs with residents requiring 2-staff transfers. Make occupied and unoccupied beds. Assist in obtaining weights. Provide full or partial bed baths. Perform incontinent care for residents who can move in bed. Assist residents with meals. Pass, set up, and collect trays. Ensure resident belongings are within reach. Answer call bells in a timely manner. Transport residents to the dining room for meals and outside appointments. Provide 1:1 supportive interaction with residents. Assist residents with technology communication. Monitor residents to maintain safety. Organize and clean closets and dressers. Gather supplies needed for care. Check and clean wheelchairs and tub/shower rooms. Greet newly admitted residents and assist with their needs. Assist in making appointments for diagnostic services. Direct visitors to appropriate areas. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Ability to interact tactfully with personnel, residents, and visitors. Willingness to work harmoniously with others. Patience and tact. #J-18808-Ljbffr
