Job Description

Novocure is a global publicly-traded commercial-stage oncology company developing a profoundly different cancer treatment therapy called tumor treating fields (TTFields) for patients with solid tumors. TTFields therapy is a non-invasive, novel, antimitotic treatment modality which utilizes proprietary technology attempting to slow or reverse tumor progression by inducing tumor cell death. Novocure's commercialized product, Optune, is approved for the treatment of adult patients with glioblastoma (GBM) in the USA, Europe and Israel. Novocure has ongoing or completed clinical trials and is further expanding its efforts into several other solid tumor indications - non-small cell lung cancer, pancreatic cancer and other types of solid cancers. Novocure Poland is our newest office in Europe, and you will be part of a global business services team supporting multiple business functions including finance and payroll and located in Krakow. The global business services organization within Novocure Poland is critical to Novocure’s efforts to drive process efficiency, standardizations and drive greater business value as the company prepares for future growth. RPA Business Analyst We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented RPA Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for automation and experience in business analysis, with a proven track record of working in RPA projects using UiPath. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze processes, gather requirements, and implement automation solutions that drive efficiency and innovation. Your responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business processes suitable for automation. Capture stakeholders' expectations and requirements and translate into automation deliverables. Conduct business process analysis to identify potential automation opportunities, and propose VBA, RPA or other available solutions. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user requirements (PDD), training procedures, SOPs, and training materials, while providing user support during the roll-out of automation initiatives. Analyze existing processes across the organization to identify opportunities for automation and propose automation solutions. Work closely with developers, testers, and stakeholders to ensure successful automation solution delivery. Ensure existing process documentation is kept up to date. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of automations. Your profile: Education: Bachelor’s degree or above. Experience: Minimum 1 year in business analysis, preferably in RPA projects. Minimum 3 years of experience in business services environment. RPA Knowledge: Understanding of the RPA program’s strengths and constraints in terms of its suitability for automation. Additional experience with Document Understanding is a plus. VBA Knowledge: Understanding of the VBA’s capabilities and limitations in terms of its suitability for automation. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and the MS Office suite; familiarity with SAP and SAP CRM is a plus. Hands-on experience in modeling processes using BPMN notation with tools like MS Visio or similar software is a plus. Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and curiosity to explore and solve complex problems. Language: Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
