This is a full-time on-site role for a Campus Manager located in Melbourne, VIC at Optas Group. The Campus Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the RTO campus, providing excellent customer service, managing education and training programs. Qualifications Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Education and Training Strong organizational and leadership skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Experience in the education or vocational training sector is a plus Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or related field Minimum 3 years of working in same or related field Job Requirements Manage and Plan Training Resources: Oversee the day-to-day management of training facilities and equipment to meet the developmental and training needs of staff effectively. Assist in Training Design: Support the design of detailed training plans, program outlines, and session plans that align with organizational goals and learner needs. Review and Manage Training Packages: Regularly review training packages and manage transitions for updates in units and qualifications to maintain current and relevant content. Develop Training and Assessment Strategies: Create comprehensive Training and Assessment Strategies that align with organizational objectives and compliance requirements. Manage Trainers and Assessors: Oversee the recruitment, workload, performance, and professional development of trainers and assessors, ensuring their vocational competence and currency. Coordinate Assessment Evidence Collection: Ensure timely coordination of assessment evidence collection, conduct file audits, liaise with trainers, and oversee the issuance of certificates.
