About the Role We are looking for a Training and Systems Administrator to join our RTO EnerSafe. You will be responsible for maintaining our student and learning management systems, virtual training platforms, and other software. You will collaborate with various stakeholders in all aspects of training including scheduling and coordinating training and trainers, supporting students, and working on training-related materials. This permanent role will be offered on a 4-day week basis, with the option of working across a 5-day work week (school hours can be accommodated). With a primary base of Ferntree Gully, you will have the option to work from our brand new office in the CBD (both with hybrid working). Your Key Responsibilities Processing student enrolment applications and supporting students if required. Processing purchase orders and invoices and accurately maintaining financial records. Scheduling courses, coordinating trainers, and training materials. Maintaining and organizing training materials and records ensuring the document control and archiving processes are maintained. Supporting delivery teams with the completion of reporting documentation for ASQA and other regulatory bodies. Building and managing effective internal and external relationships that support the delivery of training. Answering internal and external training-related telephone inquiries and supporting the management of the RTO inbox. Supporting the team to implement continuous improvement initiatives. About You Our ideal candidate will have: Experience in scheduling courses and coordinating trainers across multiple courses and venues. Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, and desire to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders. Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced fluid environment. Advanced level computer skills in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Australian Driver’s Licence. Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment or higher would be highly desirable but not essential.
