19th December, 2024 Our client is a busy Federal Government organisation seeking experts to join their internal training organisation. Over their multiple campuses, they provide an array of services and training courses. With a large team and rapidly growing, they have a great job opportunity for an experienced RTO Compliance/Audit all-rounder with the right drive, energy, and focus to implement strategies while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Responsibilities: Plan and undertake audits in accordance with relevant standards and legislation. Prepare audit and investigation reports, recommending relevant changes. Participate in reviews of completed compliance audits to enable continuous improvement in planning and execution. Prepare briefs of evidence and give evidence at legal and appeal proceedings as required. Provide advice and support to members and other staff on statutory compliance, ethical conduct, and good governance. Engage with internal stakeholders from operations to General Manager levels. Illustrate understanding of legislation, policy, and regulations, offering suitable advice. The candidate: 2+ years of experience within the RTO, VET, or other training organisations is a MUST. Strong research and analytical skills. Strong communication skills to work with stakeholders. Good eye for detail - Highly developed reading and writing skills. Tertiary qualification.
