We are seeking a live-in resort manager to oversee the property's daily operations. This position could accommodate an individual or couple. Compensation & Work Schedule: This is a full-time position that requires a flexible work schedule due to the seasonal nature of the role. The resort is busy from May through September and may require longer workdays, including weekend and statutory holiday coverage during the high season. Base Salary - $75,000 - $100,000 depending on experience and single or couple role 100% subsidized on-site accommodation, one bedroom includes utilities, pets allowed 8 weeks paid vacation during December and January Daily Responsibilities: The resort manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of this large newly renovated property, including its 286 owner-occupied RV lots and 30 daily/weekly RV rental sites. General administration duties, including managing the reservation system, bank deposits and operational budget oversight. Manage resort communications (phone and email) Assisting with guests’ arrival and departures Training, scheduling and overseeing staff Enforcing the resort rules and acting as onsite security Oversee lot improvement applications made by RV lot owners Coordinate contractor services and obtain quotes as needed Keep the property clean and tidy (landscaping by others) Clean and maintain the clubhouse Maintain and monitor the pools and hot tubs Monitor and test resort utilities, water meters, etc. On-call for after-hour emergencies Experience & Skills: This role would best suit someone with hospitality, building management or property management experience.
