An experienced Medical Imaging Office Manager is required for a busy Radiology Practice. Full-time opportunity available. Manage all aspects of the practice administration. Organising all staff on site including Radiographers, Sonographers and Admin staff. Report direct to Chiefs, Radiologists & Owners of the company. Training, Mentoring & Development of staff. Provide consistent professional service to all staff members & patients. Manage large volumes in phone call enquiries on a daily basis. Keeping on top of patient records and dealing with them in a confidential & accurate manner. Skills & Experience Required: Must be experienced in Imaging and have an outgoing personable attitude. Proven experience with budgets, management meetings, adhering to OHS standards. Multi-tasking is an essential quality. Consistent high level of communication. Firm understanding of medical terminology. Warm, polite, friendly manner.
