In this role, you'll: Work as part of an experienced team assisting in the repair of trains in Hornsby to allow trains to remain in or return to service. Perform regular scheduled maintenance which involves underframe grease removal, filter replacements, battery and maintenance facility cleanliness. Travel to different locations to assist with breakdowns. Work individually and as part of a friendly and supportive team whilst keeping safety and quality as a priority. This is a 24 months Temporary full-time opportunity and is based at Hornsby. This is a 24/7 rotating roster which may include evenings and public holidays. About you: Your can-do attitude and willingness to learn will see you succeed in this role. You're recognised as a team player but also have the ability to work autonomously. You may have experience in a similar field or a trade background; however, training is provided on the job. You're open to travel and have a current 'C' class licence.
