Your Role as Area Manager As an Area Manager, you will oversee a small group of Reggio Emilia inspired centres in Southeast Queensland & North Queensland, ensuring they operate efficiently while maintaining the highest educational and compliance standards. You’ll be responsible for mentoring Centre Managers and their teams, ensuring legislation, regulations and company policies/procedures are adhered to within each centre you manage and support. Who We’re Looking For Experience in a similar role is desirable and/or extensive Centre Manager experience is required. A dynamic and visionary leader with experience in early childhood management. Strong business acumen with an understanding of centre operations and compliance. A people-focused approach that inspires and motivates teams. A commitment to continuous improvement and upholding best practices in early education.
